Firstly this is a fantastic hospital to come to for a gastric sleeve. It is clean, that staff are very kind and caring, they are very thorough in their pre op! They make absolutely sure you are mentally OK with the procedure ... they make sure your body it OK... they make sure everything is as it should be! Unlikely a lot of turkish hospitals who do things 1st ask questions later. They are in Europe, so abide by certain rules also. You will have a coordinator who helps you post op, pre op and will answer all your questions. Front start to finish a fantastic place, a comfortable place.. you are in good hands! A massive shout out to Kim & Wydanne.. made the experience less daunting and we're there every step of the way! Thank you KCM!

It appears that I am unable to reply directly under KCM’s previous public response, so I am posting this new review solely to correct the record and address the factual inaccuracies in their statement. The key issue is not that I disclosed my anaemia in advance (which I did, in writing, multiple times). The issue is that my blood test was the very first medical test performed at 7am on the day of surgery with Karina and co. If that result was already disqualifying — as KCM now claims — then there was no medical justification to proceed with a full day of additional diagnostics, all of which came back healthy. Cancelling only at the end of the day based on the very same blood test taken in the morning reflects a clear failure of medical triage and pre-operative due diligence, and caused avoidable financial loss, physical strain, and distress. Regarding the refund: on 26 November, my coordinator explicitly confirmed in writing on WhatsApp that she had submitted my refund for immediate processing. The “30-day policy” was only introduced after I followed up when nothing reflected in my account. Had a non-negotiable 30-day processing period applied, it should never have been presented to me as “immediate” or “as soon as possible.” Both my bank and legal counsel now expect the funds to be returned within 48 hours, failing which I will proceed with formal escalation. It is also telling that KCM is responding promptly only on public platforms, while my direct emails to the clinic remain unanswered and my coordinator was silent for days until public reviews were posted. Public relations replies do not replace lawful, timely financial accountability. My complaint is not about being deemed unfit for surgery. It is about: • Improper pre-operative screening sequence • Unnecessary diagnostic testing after an already-disqualifying result • Misrepresentation of refund processing timelines • Ongoing withholding of funds despite written assurances All documentation and written confirmations are on record with my bank and legal representatives. Stop apologising for PR and just fix it.

Amazing experience with kcm. Came with a group in June booked by the lovely Kim and even now I feel supported and looked after. Pre op tests were very thorough and even afterwards they made sure you were physically and mentally ok. Had transfers with Daniel as my driver and was a lovely comfortable drive. Recommend kcm 100%

WOW, what an amazing experience, every single person i met was so lovely, caring and kind even with a language barrier! hospital was comfortable and clean, cant thank the surgeon enough! what an brilliant job he done looking after us all, with the pre and post op tests we had done and the round the clock care from the lovely nurses. Also a big thank you to kim! (International Patients Manager) with the language barrier it was perfect being able to speak to someone english who had also been through the whole experience herself, was great having her there to put my mind at ease! not one single thing i can fault with my whole experience, was looked after better than a hospital back home. if you are thinking about surgery and are worried you really don’t have to be! your in safe hands 100% also the facebook group was perfect to speak to people who have also been and meet the people you will be traveling with! thank you kcm for changing my life ❤️‍🩹

The whole clinic and all the staff were very pleasant and capable, but it was Karina who made my visit work. I had a fairly tight window and the doctor I was supposed to see had been called away to surgery. Karina ran downstairs and came back up minutes later with everything we needed to get everything done in the time I had. Her dedication to getting every patient what they need is admirable, and she speaks brilliant English as well. Overall, costs were slightly lower than they would be further west and while everything looks a little dated, it seems like the quality is there. I would definitely return!

Having had 3 cosmetic surgeries in Sheffield, I cannot praise this place enough. Obviously the initial attraction is the price. But the staff and care have been brilliant. Essentially Karina, who from the moment I arrived was fantastic. She is friendly and knowledgeable and super efficient, and puts you at ease. If you get time after your surgery the town itself is beautiful and interesting.

NO PATIENT SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS!!! I underwent surgery at KCM Clinic with Dr. Grzegorz Kierzynka and it has resulted in PERMENANT PAIN, a FAILED outcome, and complete ABANDONMENT of care. The doctor has admitted in writing and on video that: – the surgery “did not achieve its intended purpose”, – there is “no change” in the ear after the procedure, – the pain I am suffering is likely caused by a non-absorbable suture placed during surgery, – and that I now require another corrective surgery to remove it. Despite this, both the clinic and the doctor have repeatedly IGNORED messages, emails, and requests for postoperative care. The surgeon also confirmed that KCM BLOCKED his communication and withheld my medical complaints from him for weeks. The clinic has made several contradictory statements, attempted to shift responsibility, and refused to acknowledge the harm caused. My pain is ongoing and severe when sleeping, touching the area, showering, or wearing glasses. This experience has caused permanent physical pain, scarring, emotional distress, financial losses, and the need for further medical treatment. I would strongly advise any patient to avoid this clinic and this surgeon. NO PATIENT SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS

KCM was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful and my surgery went great. The care from the nurses in the hospital was amazing, they done everything they could to make me comfortable. Kim was brilliant and is a constant line of support if I had any questions. Professor Major was brilliant and very informative and factual. He’s done a wonderful job on my gastric sleeve & I couldn’t recommend him more. Thank you to everyone at KCM, it’s been life changing
